Go behind the seeds and you’ll see that we go beyond just burgers. Yeah, we know how to make a pretty good burger. But the fact is, burgers don’t make the world go ‘round. So we try to help in more meaningful ways. We’re active in various local programs including:

American Red Cross
Blood Drives
Money isn’t the only way to help those in need, and you can’t put a dollar value on human life. That’s why we support the American Red Cross by holding local blood drives. With your help and our employee’s support, we’ve donated 2,256 pints of blood since 2003. This blood helped save up to 6,768 lives in our local area! Now that’s something we can all be proud of. We’re also proud to raise money in our local communities for natural disasters, since fund raising on a local level can really help those in need.

Kings of the Community Fundraisers
Communities can’t thrive without the positive influence of a strong local fabric. Any non-profit group can benefit from our Kings of the Community Fundraiser program. We’ll pay your organization 20% of all pre-tax food sales your group brings in to any of our restaurants (many other local restaurants only give back 10-15%). A simple and fun way to bring people together and money to your organization.

HAVE IT YOUR WAY® Foundation Newly founded by BURGER KING® Corporation, this non-profit organization supports education through local scholarships and the BURGER KING®/McLamore Foundation. In just six years, we have donated more than $400,000 in scholarship funds to local students.

In 2008, we began our partnership with Make-A-Wish Foundation Philadelphia & Susquehanna Valley. Last year, we raised more than $100,000 to help local children with life-threatening conditions fulfill their wishes. In 2009, our goal is to match or exceed last year’s donation!

Our annual fundraiser will begin in mid-November and continue thru December. Come in to any of our restaurants and help us raise money for this great cause, while also getting delicious discounts on some of your favorites. On June 15th, US Restaurants, Inc. is hosting our 2nd annual Make-A-Wish golf outing at Galloway National in Galloway, New Jersey. Give Kids The World
Give Kids The World village (GKTW) is a 70-acre, non-profit resort in Central Florida that creates magical memories for children with life-threatening illness. GKTW provides accomodations at its whimsical resort, donated attrations tickets, meals and more for a week-long, cost free fantasy family vacation. Every three years, US Restaurants will donate a total of $75,000 to help GKTW build their lodges in Orlando, Florida.
